How do I place an order?
Visit our website korowai.co.nz. Read our Terms & Conditions. Choose your dates and place your order online.
Yes you can select Pickup and you can pickup on the date ordered. You will be sent instructions and further details..
Another person can collect on your behalf if they have your order receipt or order number and name.
How do I send back if couriered to me?
A paid return courier label will be included. Please return in the same two boxes your korowai was sent in. Place label on top of the label with your address on. Just call NZ Post or book online for pickup when you have korowai ready.
What happens if my korowai becomes damaged or lost?
You are required to return the korowai in good condition at the times detailed on your order.
If you damage or fail to return your Korowai you will be charged for the full replacement value and will be liable for any debt collection costs incurred.
